Moala Tech puts booking, POS and CRM on one stack

Moala Tech, the group's technical arm, is consolidating the platforms its sister companies run on: booking and smart-scheduling systems, points of sale, CRM and ERP, and the API integrations that let them exchange data instead of duplicating it.

The practical effect is one client file rather than nine. When a client books travel, moves with a fleet, attends an event, and is catered on the same programme, coordination happens between systems — not in a chain of phone calls between account managers.

Executive dashboards close the loop: process automation and shared reporting give the group's central coordination a live view of delivery across sectors, which is what makes a single point of contact possible in the first place.
